Our staff have all undergone the following screening procedures prior to being hired by Preferred Home Health Agency:

   Personal and Panel Interviews
   Physical Health Check
   Criminal Background Clearance
   Certification of CPR
   Reference Checking with Previous Employers
   License Verification for Professional Practice

Once hired, we subject all our staff to a Periodic Employee Performance Appraisal. In such way, we can guarantee that the level of quality in the care that we provide is preserved.
